About Our Church
Our signature phrase is 'Great News for Broome' because the best news anyone, anywhere will ever hear is the message about Jesus.
Foundations
Gospel-Hearted
Jesus changes everything and we want to share him with everyone.
- The overriding purpose of all our ministry activities is to help people find and follow Jesus Christ.
Bible-Based
We don’t have to wonder what God is saying: he’s given us his word.
- We receive the whole Bible as God’s-word-written and our highest authority in faith and life.
- The heart of all our services is the reading and teaching of a passage of Holy Scripture.
Prayer-Primed
We need God’s help to do God’s work.
- Every ministry activity will commence and continue with prayer for God to work in and through us.
- Following the Lord’s Prayer, we’ll seek to pray in ways that bring our wills into line with God’s will.
Anglican Church
We’re not a museum but we have a heritage.
- We uphold the Articles of Religion, the Jerusalem Declaration and the Book of Common Prayer.
